The client required a more practical configuration, improved access, and upgrades that would strengthen both presentation and performance.

We reworked the internal floor plan to incorporate new office spaces, installed roller doors to improve workflow and access, upgraded fencing for added security, and completed a full re-roof to enhance durability and weather protection. The result is a functional, well-finished commercial space designed to support daily operations and stand up to ongoing use.
