1. Initial Consultation
Every project starts with a conversation. We’ll meet on site to understand your ideas, goals and budget. This consultation is free and gives us a clear direction moving forward.
Following this, we provide a detailed quote or estimate so expectations are clear from the outset.
2. Design & Planning
Whether you already have plans or need guidance engaging a designer or architect, we help coordinate the next steps.
We manage consents, materials and specifications, keeping you informed throughout. You’ll have a dedicated project lead as your main point of contact.
3. Construction
Once work begins, we manage the full build, coordinating trades, maintaining site standards and ensuring quality at every stage.
You’ll receive regular updates and milestone check-ins, and you’re always welcome to see progress along the way.
4. Quality Assurance
Quality isn’t an afterthought, it’s built into every stage.
We conduct internal checks, manage council inspections and ensure all workmanship meets NZ Building Code standards and our own expectations.
5. Handover & Aftercare
Before completion, we walk through the project together to ensure every detail meets the standard we stand behind.
