  • Yes. Your initial site visit and quote are completely free. We’ll meet with you to discuss your project, answer questions, and provide a clear, detailed estimate so you know exactly where you stand before any commitment is made.

  • Some projects do, some don’t - but we can help figure that out right from the start. If consent is required, we’ll guide you through the process or manage it on your behalf to keep things simple.

  • Yes — we’re flexible. If you have preferred trades or suppliers you’d like to involve, we’re happy to coordinate with them to make sure everything runs smoothly and maintains our quality standards.

  • It depends on the scope of your project, but we’ll give you a clear timeline once we’ve scoped everything out. We pride ourselves on delivering on time and with great communication throughout.

  • Yes. We can work with your existing plans, or connect you with trusted architects and designers we regularly collaborate with to bring your ideas to life.

  • In many cases, yes — especially for smaller renovations or projects that can be staged room by room. We’ll plan the build around your needs to keep things as convenient and safe as possible.For larger or more invasive renovations (like full kitchen or bathroom rebuilds), it can sometimes be easier to move out temporarily. We’ll always be upfront about what to expect and help you plan accordingly so the process stays smooth and stress-free.
